The Brief
Create a unique pop-up installation at Harvey Nichols for ethical and sustainable fashion brand Ninety Percent.
How we did it
Working in collaboration with Ninety Percent’s Creative Director, we created one of our most sustainable and eco-friendly builds ever. We used recycled materials where possible ensuring that anything we created could be re-used or re-purposed on future builds, keeping our waste to a minimum.
The curtain backdrop was made of recycled organic cotton fleece material and the wavy finish was obtained through a bespoke rail system. Similarly, the chair was re-upholstered in recycled fabric.
Hanging illuminated signage was produced to ensure the brand name would stand out and be seen easily from anywhere on the shop floor. A dimmer switch allowed for full control over the brightness levels. For visual impact, the signage letters were mounted to a clear back panel made from Green Cast recycled acrylic.
The tabletop, sourced from Smile Plastics, was made from recycled waste plastics.
The finishing touches were concrete effect flooring laid over the existing shop floor and complex cut self-adhesive vinyl text introducing the brand to customers.
All of this led to a simple, yet beautifully effective and considered retail space which embodies the brand.
